Northside Therapy Collective offers a range of available counsellors, psychotherapists, somatic therapists and social workers providing individual, couples and family therapy. The space is overseen and curated by a group of independent practitioners.
This space was lovingly dreamt of and created as a place to reclaim ethical, cultural, decolonising practice. It has been designed to feel safe, nurturing and engaging.
Therapy can look different for each person. You can contact us to find a specific practitioner for your specific needs, preferences and goals.
Therapy is not a ‘one size fits all’ practice. There is beautiful flexibility in the collaborative, client -centred work which recognises that mental health is part of a broad landscape of life experiences and circumstances. Beyond addressing presenting symptoms. Therapy often explores root causes across one’s lifespan.
